This consult is designed for convenience when its most needed such as that first 6 months of daycare onslaught of respiratory infections, battling threadworms, acute or post viral conditions, as well as summarised pathology analysis reporting.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation outside of 6 hours of a virtual consultation prior to appointment will not incur a fee and the funds will be returned via paypal. *Cancellation of a virtual consultation within 6 hours of appointment 50% of the fee will apply. *Rescheduling virtual appointments can be actioned without a fee. *Should the practitioner not be able to meet the appointment time, the client should be advised in writing/via phone/text within 6 hours of appointment *If the practitioner cannot meet the client’s appointment time and a new time cannot be established, a full refund will be processed. * No Show for In Person consultation, or cancellation within 24 hours will incur the full fee. *Cancellation within 24-72 hours of in person bookings incur 50% fee. *Re-scheduling outside 72 hours of in person booking is without fee.
