During this call, we’ll discuss your health concerns, our approach to natural health, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to help you determine if our services align with your needs and if we can help you achieve optimal health and wellness.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation outside of 6 hours of a virtual consultation prior to appointment will not incur a fee and the funds will be returned via paypal. *Cancellation of a virtual consultation within 6 hours of appointment 50% of the fee will apply. *Rescheduling virtual appointments can be actioned without a fee. *Should the practitioner not be able to meet the appointment time, the client should be advised in writing/via phone/text within 6 hours of appointment *If the practitioner cannot meet the client’s appointment time and a new time cannot be established, a full refund will be processed. * No Show for In Person consultation, or cancellation within 24 hours will incur the full fee. *Cancellation within 24-72 hours of in person bookings incur 50% fee. *Re-scheduling outside 72 hours of in person booking is without fee.
